Rudow Northwest Runner
got under way at 7:35 P.M.† This was a
very fun meeting for some reason, and is reflected in the small amount of notes
Robinson motioned to accept minutes, seconded by Tony Young.
Financial Report/Bill Roe
- Financial Club
Northwest is in good shape with $10,000 in savings and checking. In all
likelihood we will finish the year under our projected budget by about $2,000.
Northwest Runner Report/Martin Rudow†††
- Martin had given Bill a check for $2,635 from Northwest Runner.
The Seattle Marathon is less than three weeks away and Martin could use
some help at the marathon expo. Chuck will add a note to the web site for
- Brian from Pro-Motion presented a proposal for his company to
handle the memberships of Club Northwest members,
itís a 10-page agreement that will help Club Northwest be more responsive
to our members. We all were given a copy of the agreement and liked what
we saw. With that, Shelley made a motion to accept the agreement from
Pro-Motion to handle Club Northwest membership with a provision to review
the success of the agreement after 60 days. Motion was seconded by Tony
Young and passed with no nays.
- Resolution Run on
January 1st at 10:30 A.M. with the Trip-N-Drip, as it was a big
hit last year. We will try to have a television news crew down to the
event, and will invite the Polar Bear Club to join us.
