Club Northwest does not offer specific training and coaching programs for its members.  However, here are a few programs local to the Seattle Metro area that we recommend:

Chuckit is an on-going program, so you can join at any time. There are about 100 runners and walkers currently in Chuckit. The program consists of weekday schedules geared toward self-training, a weekly group long-run plan, and a weekly group speed/interval workout. We provide organized group runs and workouts for all fitness levels to help you achieve your running goals, increase your fitness, and meet new runners in your area.
