Personal Info:

Lois was born and raised in Montana and comes from a very active family. She has an older brother (Josh) and sister (Joy) who are twins and a younger brother (John) who serves as her coach. From a young age, she was in the outdoors climbing mountains, fly fishing, rafting, skiing, and anything outdoorsy but she always had a passion for running. She ran her first 5k in the 4th grade and comes from an entire family of runners. With a lot of hard work over her college career, she stayed injury free and gradually got faster until she set two school records. She has been improving ever since and was excited to make her first USATF National Championship in 2009 and made them in 2010 and 2011. In 2012 she made the Olympic Trials in the 3000m Steeplechase. Her husband is also a track athlete who specializes in the pole vault. In 2013 they welcomed their first child into their home. They had a little girl named Lilyana and Lois loves her new role as a Mother. She is very passionate about athletics and loves to share that passion with others. She is excited to help people pursue their dreams and live a healthy lifestyle. She is eager to see how far running will take her, the doors it will open, and the people she is sure to meet.
