Personal Info:  I have been running track since the 7th grade.  Played basketball for many years before finally giving it up junior year of HS to focus on running and getting to college.  I finished my collegiate years both Bachelors and Masters at Oklahoma State University under the coaching of Dick Weiss and Dave Smith.  Since turning pro I have turned my focus towards other sports outside of Road, Track and Cross Country and have ranked internationally in Trail, Snow Shoe, and Mountain.

Since 2003 I have made 7 USA National Teams ranging from Track to Mountain running.  Since 2008 I have managed to win the prestigious honor of USA Mountain Runner of the year 3 years consecutively while leading Team USA to its first Silver medal at the World Mountain Running Championships.  I was also the first male athlete to win two or more Championships at the North American and Central American Mountain Running Championships with victories in 2009 and 2010.
