Personal Information:  I was born and raised in North Dakota, where I learned to work hard and not let a little wind, snow, rain, heat, humidity (and so on) intimidate me.  After high school, I competed for the University of Jamestown, a small NAIA school in my hometown.  Because I graduated early, I was able to take advantage of my final year of running eligibility while in Graduate School at the University of Oregon.  At the U of O, I was a part of an incredibly talented team, and we were able to secure two NCAA National Championships during my year there.  After my time in Eugene, I moved up to Seattle where I began working for Brooks Sports and running for CNW.  Aside from frequently getting hassled for being a Duck, I absolutely love it here!
