InHealth Sports Injury and Performance Care (www.inhealthseattle.com) is happy to be an official sponsor of Club Northwest for the 2012 season.  For the past several months, their staff has provided Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Functional Rehabilitation to the CNW Elite Team members to help them perform at their best and rehabilitate and prevent injuries.

Introduction:  InHealth, PLLC is owned and operated by Dr. Kevin Rindal and his wife, Dana Rindal, CPA, MBA.  They opened InHealth in the University District with the vision of developing a multi-disciplinary clinic that focuses on providing each patient with a thorough exam, explanation of their injury, and a specific plan for complete recovery.  The InHealth team also includes Darlene Green, LMP (Massage Therapy) and Gabrielle Anderson, LA-C (Acupuncturist).  Both Darlene and Gabrielle are active individuals and have a keen understanding of the importance of a properly functioning body and they use innovative techniques to help the body function better and have an improved capacity to heal and recover from an injury.

Dr. Kevin Rindal is a board certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS: National Strength and Conditioning Association), has a BS in Exercises Science from Seattle Pacific University, and is fully certified in Active Release Technique.  He has traveled with the US National Swim Team for the last 3 years and was recently named to the 2012 Olympic Team Medical Staff and will be treating these athletes at their Domestic training camp, prior to their departure for London.  He also travels as a Chiropractor with the Garmin Barracuda Professional Cycling Team, the USA Women’s Ice Hockey National Team, and worked extensively with the WWU Track & Field/Cross Country teams.   

Dr. Kevin comes from a long line of Chiropractors that include his Father, two brothers, an uncle, and a cousin.  He practiced with his Father, Dr. Jeff Rindal, in Mount Vernon, WA for several years previous to opening InHealth, PLLC and moving to Seattle.  He and his wife Dana have a 2-year -old son, Grant, and their second child due to arrive in August.  They are an active family and enjoy running, hiking, biking, and travel.  Both Kevin and Dana are avid runners and both completed the 2009 Boston Marathon; Dana also ran Cross Country and was a middle distance Track and Field athlete at her alma mater SPU, and Kevin is a 4-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
