Train with Club Northwest

Our training groups compete in marathons, 5k-10k road, and indoor/outdoor track. We provide weekly workouts in each race distance for a range of ability levels, and Sunday long runs. Also check out our youth team pages.

Tuesday Nights

Saturday Mornings

For intermediate to highly experienced athletes. Both Tuesday and Wednesday runners meet together on Saturdays. Open to all CNW members. See Coach Tom’s website for workout details.


RACE TRACKING DOCUMENT

Athletes are encouraged to input their racing plans in the tracking spreadsheet linked below. This will assist athletes in finding training, pacing, and travel partners for races and will help coaches effectively write workout for upcoming races.

8:00 a.m. every Sunday in front of Super Jock & Jill. Typically 8-12 miles at 7:30-8:00 pace.

Field trip long runs + social events

Sometimes we organize group long runs in cool locations, or social events like post-workout brunches. To hear about upcoming trips and events, you’ll need to be a member and will receive emails with long run details.

Northwest Women’s Running Retreat

An opportunity for women of the Pacific Northwest of all ages who are passionate about running to come together and celebrate each other and all that encompasses a well-balanced running lifestyle. We go in July on beautiful Orcas Island. We haven’t been able to put this on since 2019, but if we bring it back this website will be updated.
