ABOUT
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where I first honed my xc and track skills by running away from my big brother. I ran my first cross country race in 5th grade and fell in love with the sport. I ran throughout high school and college, attending Washington University in St. Louis, where I was a 7-time All-American and was fortunate enough to serve at the captain of the DIII XC National Champions team in 2011. After college, I attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I volunteer coached with the Penn cross country and track teams, an incredibly rewarding experience. My medical training brought me to Seattle, and I am currently completing my residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington. I heard about CNW from a friend, and started coming to workouts last year. It’s been an honor to get to know the CNW team, and I’m looking forward to competing with them this coming year!
