I have helped at the Resolution run and many of the cross country meets.
about
I'm a Pacific Northwest native. I started running for the simple joy of it early on and though I did run in high school, I was very average at that point. I didn't really get serious about competing until after college. I still find joy in running, and I try hard to focus on that, not what I accomplished in the past which is what allows me to stay with it even into my 60's and hopefully beyond!
