About
In 2023, I started helping other runners find their enthusiasm for the sport by working at Fleet Feet in Seattle. As the program coordinator, I coach and lead runners through marathon training. Additionally, one of my most fulfilling endeavors was coaching and teaching marathon training at the University of Cincinnati for 1.5 years.
One of my favorite running mantras is, “If it wasn't so difficult then it wouldn't be so fun!" In running I have found myself facing constant challenges. Trying to stay positive while navigating tough moments is why I enjoy running. Sometimes I can find that glimmer of hope and sometimes I can't. Sure, the result is important but being in the arena is what matters most to me. I'm fortunate to have found such vibrant running communities in Cincinnati and Seattle who make the journey a little more fun!
My favorite running book is “The Story of Ted Corbitt” by John Chodes. Outside of running I enjoy music, coffee, and getting together with friends and family. Go Bearcats.
