About

Started running the day my first dog got out. After that I found myself running home from the bus because I wanted to get home faster to watch cartoons and the bus stop was like a mile away since my home was out of the range of the school district. I found it to be a lot more practical than every other sport, but I was also terrible at everything else. Soccer was fun, but I didn't enjoy being on a team. Drawn to running as it is something you can do on your own and doesn't require much thought. Was inspired by Murakami ("What I Talk About When I Talk About Running") who taught me that comparing yourself to others is a scam. My current goals are to run more and stay injury free so I can run higher volumes of mileage.
