About

I am the son of Elizabeth Egas and Russell Jacquet Sr., and I just retired last September after a 40-year career as a school teacher of music, PE, astronomy and math.

I moved out to the Seattle area in 1992 after graduating from Montana State with a Masters degree in P.E.

I was the head coach and assistant coach at Roosevelt (head 7 of 14 years) and Garfield high (asst. 8 years). I also coached middle school basketball for 10 years.

Currently, I am balancing my track & field training with playing baseball in the Puget Sound Senior League Baseball League.
